The Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program in ADCOME is designed to solve some out standing Leadership and Entrepreneurship problems faced by Youth. The importance of the private sector and free enterprise system can not be underestimated, thus the need for knowledge development in practical Leadership and Entrepreneurial skills. All over the world Youths are important players in the economy for example in Cameroon they make up more than 60 % of the total population. Yet they have little understanding of free enterprise system and skills needed to create a better life for them.

 The core activities of the Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program to be implementing include;

Trainings and workshops on Leadership and Entrepreneurship

Club creation to start implementing the first two above.

Youth are entering and in many cases have entered the workforce woefully unprepared to maximise their potentials or even compete for jobs or start up a business. Often than not they lack adequate information about careers and or job opportunities. Some of then have very low self-esteem and weak entrepreneurial skills that are essential to compete for and retain a job.

Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program in ADCOME wants to use this opportunity to change their faith. Through this program young adults will learn about business, entrepreneurship, employment, teamwork and most importantly the strength of the private sector. They will learn to think for them, to change the status quo and most importantly support development initiative. All these lessons will be acquired through participatory and hand-on activities that build the attitudes and skills that will enable them to strive in all their accomplishments.
