Founded in 1999, ADCOME is a non-governmental, non-profit, apolitical organisation with focus on the empowerment of communities, through programs that enhance the integration of modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).

Since its creation, ADCOME has been active in the scene, as a sustainable community development actor, placing more emphasis in bridging the digital divide, thereby helping poorer communities to incorporate different approaches to development in order to cope with the increasing challenges of globalisation.

ADCOME is a current leader in the field of ICTs, bridging IT and Education in Cameroon. 

President General Manager, PGM, of PECTEN-Cameroon, Vince Holtam, said his company is committed to promote their policy of social corporate responsibility. "We´ve offered GTHS Ombe the appropriate computer and internet access. This is a big window on the worldwide technology to the students and staff of GTHS Ombe," Holtam noted.
